Words can't express the first class level of service we received from Chef Alex (Rodriguez) and his wife, and expert sommelier, Kelly (Rodriguez-Laureano of Lolita's Wine Market, and Sophia's Cucina & Enoteca, St. Petersburg, FL). The crew of ShipsAhoy! was incredible. The treatment we received from Captain Ray, his wife, Carleen, and first mate, Stephen, was like something from a movie! They spoiled us from the time we embarked until the time we had to say goodbye. We can't wait to experience ShipsAhoy! again. It was a truly magical experience!

How many stars do I give this amazing sunset dinner cruise experience? Six out of five, if that is possible! Our sail aboard ShipsAhoy! was an extraordinary way to witness Florida's spectacular early fall sunsets. The yacht's spacious galley along with its magnificent interior salons and upscale outdoor decks provided a series of splendid settings for our five-course meal. Beginning with a delicious charcuterie board and luscious sparkling white wine, our party was treated to a mouthwatering succession of exceptional dishes and wine pairings by Chef Alex Rodriguez and sommelier, Kelly Rodriguez-Laureano. Our hosts, Captain Ray and Carleen Galiardo, went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met and furnished delightful amenities for our sailing enjoyment.
The sixth star belongs to God for orchestrating such a glorious sunset and for blessing sweet and joyous fellowship among friends.

First, let me apologize for not having sent this sooner.....
Secondly.... There are no words, that is probably why it has taken too many days to send this! We had the most wonderful time on Sunday and can not thank you, Ray, Alex and his team enough. It was absolutely amazing! Your boat/home is gorgeous and we are so appreciative that you shared it with us. The food and wine were amazing - we are still talking about it! It didn't even matter that the weather didn't behave.
A Door of Hope is blessed that they have you to help them raise funds this way - so many people are blessed because of it.
Thank you for sharing your home and story with us - you have no idea how much you blessed us!

Our ShipsAhoy! experience was OVER THE TOP! We were privileged to be a part of a chartered sunset dinner cruise with three other couples. The hosts, Captain Ray and First Mate Carleen, were attentive to every detail to ensure our evening aboard their ship was absolutely flawless. The paired wine choices were superb, and Chef Tommy prepared a selection of delectable courses delivered with first-class, yet personable service. The experience was made even more perfect by the playful dolphin activity surrounding us. Again, OVER THE TOP!

"Nothing Short of Perfection"
We have chartered this beautiful yacht for a fun day out at sea and also for the dinner cruise/wine pairing. The pre-boarding communication and professionalism are top notch, but the onboard hospitality is even better! Both of our experiences on the Ships Ahoy and Carleen and Ray have been nothing short of perfection. We could not have had more fun and the food was absolutely amazing. We hope to come back again and again!

"It was every microscopic effort..."
I would just like to put out a very big Thank You to Ships Ahoy Owners and Crew for making my Dad's 80th Birthday Voyage a huge success from the embarkation to debarkation it was every microscopic effort to make the day a success for him. From the extras to the pleasant cruise out and around Tampa Bay. The Yacht itself was extremely well prepped and decorated for the event and the Crew were overly welcoming and accommodating to my dad and the rest of the party. I would definitely recommend Ships Ahoy to anyone who wants to make their event a once in a lifetime memory. Eight hours of non-stop luxury and treatment of their guest. 5/5 stars from communication to pre-arrival preparation, to the day of the event. Thank you Ships Ahoy!.
