Concerning any other safety measures you and your guests wish to take, you are welcomed to wear masks aboard if you desire. You are not required to do so. We welcome aboard all who are well, vaccinated and non-vaccinated, and we agree that your health choices are none of our business. If you need to reschedule due to illness, please do. If you have any symptoms of illness of any kind, you will be required to reschedule. All those serving you are expected to follow the same protocols.

Do children need to wear life jackets?

Children under six years of age must wear a USCG–approved life jacket at all times while on any vessel less than 26 feet in length that is underway upon Florida waters. Each person on board a PWC (personal watercraft- such as a jetski or paddleboard), and anyone being towed behind a vessel, must wear a USCG–approved life jacket.

So while the size of our vessel (80 ft), does not require children to wear PFD's, if they will be on any of our outside decks while we are underway, we require that they do (and we have them available for your use.) We also strongly suggest that any children who will be in the water while we are at anchor wear PFD's. We want everyone to be able to relax and have fun. Tragedy and catastrophic loss is not part of our plan, so please prepare your young ones in advance by letting them know what they can expect.
